Our commitment to you: Delivery same day or next day from placing your order. Should you run out of water, our aim is to be with you within 12 hours.
Water At Frog Water Services we provide crystal clear, pure rock filtered water drawn from a limestone aquifer. The water is bottled at source, at a plant which boasts Gold awards from the BWCA (Bottled Water Cooler Association). Our water constantly undergoes rigorous tests to ensure that the water you receive always meets the highest standard of quality.
Delivery We operate our services within North Yorkshire and deliver daily to your home and work place. Collection of empty bottles, including quality checks of all bottles. All bottles have a tamper proof evident sticker - which MUST be removed before you put the bottle onto the cooler.
Customer Care Easy communication - via our website or to speak to one of our advisors. Frog will evaluate what your needs are and show you the best solution.
Technical Services Once you have a selected a cooler either for your home or office we will send out our service engineer to carry out the installation.
Services / Sanitation Regular sanitation of your cooler a total of 3 per year (replacement of all the elements that are in direct contact with the water). For mains fed coolers there are 4 inspections per year and 2 filter changes per year.
Things to remember
Store the water bottles out of direct sunlight - covers are available
Wipe the top of the bottles to remove any dust before putting on to the cooler.
Plumbed in coolers to be wiped down regularly
